1. Filling principle of worm gear flowmeter can filling machine
The can enters the filling machine through the can inlet star wheel, reaches the predetermined center of the can table, and then the filling valve descends along the supporting cam to align the can and pre press and seal it. The sealing pressure is generated by a cylinder, in addition to the weight of the centering cover itself. The pressure inside the cylinder can be adjusted by the pressure reducing valve on the pneumatic control cabinet. The pressure is 0-40KPa (0-0.04MPa), and the magnitude of the pressure depends on the material of the hidden can. At the same time as opening the vacuum channel, the back pressure gas in the filling cylinder rushes into the can and flows into the vacuum channel. Vacuum pumping is used to implement CO2 flushing procedures to remove air from the tank. Through this process, the oxygen addition to the material during filling is minimized, and negative pressure is not generated in the tank. Therefore, even aluminum tanks with very thin walls can be flushed with CO2. For non vacuum filling, CO2 gas from the original vacuum channel can be directly used to flush the tank. After the vacuum valve is closed, equal pressure is established between the tank and the cylinder. The liquid valve is opened by a spring, and filling begins. The material flows down the tank wall through three inlet tanks, and the gas inside the tank returns to the filling cylinder through the gas valve.
