1. The second principle of the dual rotor flowmeter is that a pair of special toothed spiral rotors of the flowmeter directly mesh without relative sliding and do not require synchronous gears. Drive the rotor to rotate by the small pressure difference at the inlet and outlet. The following diagram represents a cross-section of a pair of rotors during operation. At the same time, although the rotational torque of the fluid on the same cross-section is different for each rotor, the combined torque of the rotational torque experienced by the two rotors on all cross-sections before the end of the year is equal. Therefore, both rotors rotate at a constant speed and equal torque, with balanced displacement and no pulsation. The spiral rotor can output 8 times the volume of the cavity per revolution, therefore, the rotational speed of the rotor is proportional to the cumulative flow rate of the fluid, and the rotational speed of the rotor is proportional to the instantaneous flow rate of the fluid. The rotational speed of the rotor is transmitted to the meter counter through a magnetic coupling, displaying the flow rate through the flowmeter (flowing through the pipeline). Double rotor (screw) flowmeter is a uniquely designed volumetric flowmeter mainly used for liquid flow measurement. The measuring unit consists of two rotary rotors, which are matched by a set of accurate gears, as shown in Figure 2-5 The structure can also be divided into two forms: standard double rotor and axial flow sparrow double rotor, as shown in the figure 2. How to draw the calibration curve of a Venturi flowmeter

1. Turn on the oil-free gas compressor and let in air.
.2、 Adjust the adjusting screw at the lower end of the rotor flowmeter and the spiral clamp on the relief valve on the vent rubber tube to change its body flow rate.
3、 Draw the route of the curve.
3. What are the common flow sensors?
There are many types of common flow sensors, mainly divided into the following categories:
1. Code return differential flow meters, including standard orifice flow meters, multi delayed orifice balance flow meters, wedge flow meters, bend flow meters, etc., calculate flow by measuring the pressure difference formed by the medium in the pipeline.
.Secondly, volumetric flow meters, including elliptical gear flow meters, spiral dual rotor dry fiber flow meters, waist wheel flow meters, scraper flow meters, etc., determine flow rate by accurately measuring the volume change of fluid in a fixed volume.
.III. Velocity flow meters, such as target flow meters, electromagnetic flow meters, ultrasonic flow meters, vortex flow meters, turbine flow meters, etc., indirectly calculate flow by measuring the flow rate of the medium.
. 4. Mass flow meters, including Coriolis mass flow meters, thermal mass flow meters, etc., directly measure the mass flow rate of fluids without being affected by changes in medium temperature, pressure, or density.Fifth, rotary flow meters are divided into glass tube rotary flow meters and metal tube rotary flow meters. The flow rate is determined by monitoring the position of the rotor in the vertical pipeline.
